Sixth-year Head Coach Beth Buglione was at the very first tryout for the team when the roster numbered only three players. She played quarterback for the Pride for three seasons before hanging up the cleats and becoming a coach. She also owns the team and is proud of finishing in the national Final Four in 2004. Buglione spent Fall of 05 and 06 as the varsity running backs and quarterbacks coach at Philomath High School. From 2007-2009 she served as a volunteer coach for Linn-Benton Pop Warner.

Max is in his first year as Offensive and Defensive Line coach for the Pride. He played Guard and Defensive Tackle for South Eugene High School, then walked on at Fullback at University of Oregon. Max works in Information Technology at Oregon State University, and became involved with the Pride via his professional interaction with Defensive coach Blake Vawter.

This is Andrew Jensen’s forth year with the Pride as an offensive and defensive line coach. Andrew’s football career began as young as fourth grade and continued through all four years at Philomath High School, where he was voted a varsity captain his senior year and won the coveted 2007 Coach’s Award. Andrew joined the Pride coaching staff in his junior year of high school as part of his senior project and enjoyed it so much he decided on a coaching career. He is currently a student at Western Oregon University.

Heidi has been with the team in some capacity since 2007. She was the athletic trainer for the team her first year, and then decided to play for the 2008 and 2009 seasons. She returns as the athletic trainer this year and looks forward to another good - and safe - season. Heidi earned her Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training from Creighton University in 2006 and her Master's Degree in Sports Medicine from Oregon State in 2008. She currently is employed by SportsCare Physical Therapy in Portland and is the athletic trainer at Clackamas High School.
